Description
Morgan is looking to grasp the temporality of an experience while seducing the audience to adaptation. Through creating these experiences, she seeks for multiple possibilities of playfulness and interaction between the space and the spectators where they discover the importance of their role within the experience. Space becomes an evolving entity that can only exist with the participation of the spectators. Both her creative process and work include elements of playfulness and discovery. Morgan’s aesthetic language is defined by a consistent use of strong colours, textures and morphologies. She works somewhere in between intuition and planning, adapting fluidly to circumstances he encounters within the process. The enjoyment of both the making process and the spatial experience are core elements within her work.

Description
Being born and raised in the Dominican Republic to a Dominican mother and French father, Morgan’s cultural background has strongly influenced her work in different ways. It has been inspired by political matters, personal identity, cultural history (poems and paintings), and natural landscapes. This very group-oriented cultural background has allowed her to develop incredible adaptation and empathic skills. Morgan succeeds in group dynamics and adapts with incredible ease to all kinds of situations.
Constant
There are many things that inspire Morgan about Constant. She is always very fond of conversations about the future, the development or evolution of the world and humanity. It is very meaningful how through designing this utopic world where humans would go back to our instinctive behaviour of playing, exploring and creating he manages to not only make us think about how we want to live in the future, but to question our decisions of how we’re living in the present.

The small things that we now ignore in our everyday life regain significance and it creates a certain urgency to pay attention to them. Within Constant’s artistry, something that deeply fascinates Morgan is his multiplicity of techniques. He finds the perfect balance between so many different mediums and masters the connection and correct relevance between the story he is trying to tell and the technique he uses to tell it. The architectural characteristics and sensibility to space and scale make the socio-political approach in his work more realistic and more absorbable. Looking at his work makes Morgan realise the importance of consistently being passionate about my ideals and dreams, and not underestimating the power of transmitting a strong message even if not everybody would understand or agree.
