Ans on Constant

Constant’s work is very diverse. I don’t think he’s ever had a dull moment in his career. Having a creative mind and being able to incorporate this into concrete projects that people can identify with is inspiring. For me personally his art related to war and peace appeals the most. I see Constant as an activist, who wanted to activate people with his work. Constant aspired to make societies better places to live, also for marginalised groups, and he was concerned about humanity. This is still relevant today. Moreover, he did not seem afraid of the unknown. I find this refreshing in times where people and societies strive for as much control as possible.
