Juha van 't Zelfde

Juha van ‘t Zelfde is a Finnish-Dutch artist, organiser and gardener from Amsterdam-Noord. He creates clubs, and teaches collective creativity at the DAS Graduate School. Juha explores the ways in which communal desire and collective joy are a cause of solidarity and social action. He finds inspiration in club culture, mutual aid, ethnobotany, video games and football. For the project Ontwerp van het sociale (Design of the social) at Het Nieuwe Instituut he linked the club culture of RoXY to Constant’s New Babylon.
